View Upcoming Events
Open the WayWiser app on your phone or computer.
Click the Calendar icon on the bottom of the screen of your app (or left side bar on your computer).
Scroll through the Calendar to see what is coming up or what happened in the past.
Create an Event
In the web browser:
Click Calendar on the left side of your screen
Click the orange button at the top right of the screen that says +Event.
Fill in the Event Name, Invitees (members you would like to invite to this event), Date, Start Time and End Time, Frequency, Reminder, Location, and any Description that is needed (the description is optional). If you want everyone to be able to edit the event, don't forget to turn on the option by moving the button to the right.
Click Save.
In the mobile app:
Tap the Calendar icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the orange button in the bottom right-hand corner that says +New Event.
Fill in the Event Name, Invitees (members you would like to invite to this event), Date, Start Time and End Time, Frequency, Reminder, Location, and any Description that is needed (the description is optional). If you want everyone to be able to edit the event, don't forget to turn on the option by moving the button to the right.
Tap Save.
Edit an Event
In the web browser:
Open WayWiser.
Click Calendar on the left side of the side of the screen.
Click/tap the three dots at the top right of the event. If the event is not listed, click the date of the event that that you’re looking to edit.
Click Edit in the pop-up box.
Make your change(s).
Click Save.
In the mobile app:
Open the WayWiser app.
Tap the Calendar icon on the bottom of the screen.
Tap the 3 dots at the top right of the event. If the event is not listed, tap the date of the event that that you’re looking to edit.
Tap the Edit icon.
Make your change(s).
Tap Save.
Delete an Event
In the web browser:
Open WayWiser.
Click Calendar on the left side of the side of the screen.
Click/tap the three dots at the top right of the event. If the event is not listed, click the date of the event that that you’re looking to edit.
Click Delete in the pop-up box.
Click Save.
In the mobile app:
Open the WayWiser app.
Tap the Calendar icon on the bottom of the screen.
Tap the 3 dots at the top right of the event. If the event is not listed, tap the date of the event that that you’re looking to edit.
Tap Delete.
