Checking, Starting, or Replying to Messages
On the web browser:
Open the WayWiser app on your computer.
Click the Chat bubble at the top right of the page, just to the left of your name and photo.
Here you’ll see all of your message threads
Select the appropriate message or group chat and reply by typing and pressing Enter on your keyboard or clicking the arrow in the orange box.
To start a new chat, click the orange New Group Chat button, select two or more people, and click the Save button. The new group will display in the list. Type in the gray message box at the bottom of the screen.
On the mobile app:
Open the WayWiser app on your phone.
Tap the Chat bubble at the top right of the page, just to the right of Switch Circle.
Here you’ll see all of your message threads
Select the appropriate message or group chat and reply by typing and tapping the arrow in the orange box.
To start a new chat, tap the orange New Group Chat button, select two or more people, and tap the Continue button. The new group will display in the list. Tap on the new group and type in the gray message box at the bottom of the screen. Tap the arrow in the orange box to send your group message.
Attaching a Photo or Video
On the web browser:
Open a message thread.
Click the Attachment icon.
Select the image from your files.
When ready, add a message and send.
On the mobile app:
Open a message thread.
Tap the Attachment icon.
Select an image from your Camera Roll or Take a Photo,
If selecting an image, browse your photos and select as many as you’d like. When ready, tap Done.
If taking a photo, simply snap the picture.
When ready, add a message and send.
