How to Reset Your Password

From the login screen in your browser or the mobile app:

1. Choose Log In.

2. Under the orange Log In box, click/tap Forgot Password?.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

4. Click Send Reset Password Email.

5. Check the email associated with your account for an email from WayWiser.

6. Within the email, you will receive a 4-digit code.

7. Reopen the web browser or mobile app where you chose Forgot Password?

8. Enter the 4-digit code.

9. Click Continue.

10. Reset your password.

11. Log in using the updated password.
